What payment options do you offer?
We offer a variety of secure payment methods. Web orders can be paid with American Express, Mastercard, Visa, or Stripe and orders over the phone can be paid with debit or credit card. You are welcome to apply for an account.
What should I do if my order has gone missing or has arrived damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please let us know details within 3 days so we can investigate. Goods must be examined and signed for upon receipt. Your signature confirms that goods have been received in perfect condition. Any damage or discrepancy must be noted on the carrier’s sheet We request you take photos of the damages and send to us at firstname.lastname@example.org

All stocked items are delivered on a 3-5 working day basis but each product has its own standard delivery time. When ordering, the product page will show a delivery timescale.
